Best Classes for Plasmoids
5. Paladin
Primary Ability Scores – Charisma and Strength

Why the Paladin?
Plasmoid Paladins should put +2 in Strength or Charisma and +1 in Constitution.
The Poison and Acid resistances from Natural Resilience are excellent for a front-line character like the Paladin, who is bound to face these damage types.
Amorphous gives you advantage to initiate or get out of grapples, making Strength-based Paladins an option.
The only issue is that you need Feats to make it work well, and Paladins don’t get many Ability Score Increases.
Note: You should remember that using Amorphous to squeeze through narrow spaces will be impossible with armor, so you lose that feature.
